Why Your AI Meal Plans Get Repetitive by Week Two (And the Fix)
Chicken again. Four reasons the same meals keep coming back, three of which are things you control, and what to change in the prompt for each.
If you have never typed anything into an AI tool, this page is the whole beginning. It takes about fifteen minutes, it costs nothing, and by the end of it you will have used AI to do one real thing.
You do not need to understand how any of it works. Nobody who drives a car can rebuild an engine.
A prompt is just what you type in. That is the entire concept. Here is one that works on the first try, and the parts in brackets are the bits you change.
Open one of the free tools in a new tab, paste, press enter. You do not need a paid plan and you do not need to install anything. If it asks you to make an account, that is normal and free.
One rule, and it is the only safety rule on this page: do not paste real names, addresses, account numbers, or anything you would not put on a postcard. Every prompt we publish is written so you never have to.
The first answer is rarely the best one, and that is not a failure — it is how the thing is meant to be used. Tell it what was wrong in plain words: “too complicated”, “we do not eat fish”, “make it shorter”. It will try again.
That back-and-forth is the entire skill. There is nothing after it.
Is it safe? As safe as any website, on the same condition: what you type in is what it knows. Keep the real details out and there is nothing to leak.
Does it cost anything? No. Everything on this site is written for the free tiers, and we say so plainly on the rare occasion a paid tool is genuinely worth it.
Am I too late? No. Most people have not started. The ones who have are mostly using it for work email.

Plan for the interruption instead of around it. Work that survives being put down, and the one block worth actually defending.
The printables that go with these steps — the prompt cards, the weekly planner, the reset checklist. One email unlocks all of them, and the link keeps working.
